Terms of use
The rules for using cjfaz.com, the free guide, the training app and anything you buy here. Using the site or buying a program means you agree to them.

Who runs this
cjfaz.com and the training app at cjfaz.com/train are run by CJ Fazio ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
You need to be 18
The programs are built for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy.
Talk to a doctor first. You train at your own risk.
Everything here is general strength training information. It is not medical advice, and it is not built around your body, your history or your injuries. Get cleared by a doctor before you start any program, and stop and get checked if something hurts in a way that feels wrong.
Lifting heavy weight carries a real risk of injury. Use a rack with safeties set, use a spotter when it makes sense, and only load weight you can control. You choose what goes on the bar, and you take on the risk of training.
Results depend on you: your consistency, your sleep, your food, your starting point. No program can promise a number, and we do not.
What you get when you buy Project 405
One payment gets you a personal license to use Project 405 in the training app: every week, every workout, and the tools to log your sets. The license is yours alone. It is not a subscription.
You keep access for as long as the training app runs. If it is ever shut down, you will get at least 30 days notice by email and a way to keep a copy of the program.
We may improve the program and the app over time: new clips, clearer notes, a better screen. We will not take away the 12 weeks you paid for.
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Any tax is shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. All sales are final, as the refund policy explains.
Your account
An account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself and do not share a sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has got in.
We can suspend an account that is shared, resold or used to copy the program.
The content is ours
The programs, the workouts, the videos, the guide, the 405 Protocol, the photos and the writing all belong to CJ Fazio. Use them for your own training. Do not copy, resell or republish them, or pass paid content to someone who has not paid.
The free 405 Protocol is the exception worth saying out loud: send the link to a friend any time. That is what it is for.
Emails
If you grab the free 405 Protocol, you get it by email plus a short run of follow ups about training it. If you join a notify list, you hear when that program opens. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and one tap takes you off. Buyers also get the email that signs them into the program, which is part of the purchase.
The fine print
The site and the app are provided as they are. We work to keep them running and correct, but we cannot promise they will never go down or never have a mistake in them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything to do with a purchase is capped at what you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute goes to the courts of Medina County, Ohio, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. A change never takes away something you already paid for.
How your information is handled is in the privacy policy.
